Syndicator Arrangement

I, Grenville Henty Silvester, as the Member's Advocate for the AusLottoGroup membership, hereby declare and make the following affirmation on this 1st Day January 2015.

I purchase lotto entries from a registered lotto agency using a Tatts Group terminal. I understand that I am the purchaser and owner of the entries. I choose to play Pick entries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and PowerHit entries on Thursdays. I do not buy the entries for anyone else and I do not buy entries to resell.

I utilise the ALGMO administration system which is a copyrighted and secure software program that manages syndication.

Members of the AusLottoGroup membership choose to be allocated to a lotto syndicate. This entitles each member to one or more 1/15th share of any tax free winnings from the allocated syndicate.

This syndicate arrangement is no different to any other lotto syndicator arrangement where the distribution of winnings to members is not taxable.

I promise and undertake to distribute all winnings of the lotto entries I purchase to members of the respective winning syndicates.

I declare that I am accountable for the above statement in any court of Australia.
